Yes we accept self-pay patients as well as the insured. Please see our list of acceptable insurances. Aetna, Coventry, Blue cross blue shield, Cigna-Evernorth, Humana, Medicare, Multiplan, TricareEast, United health care, UMR-UHC/Optum, VA-CCN, Medicaid-GA, Oscar health, Oxford.

We encourage patients to call their insurance carriers to clarify their benefits before initial consultation to avoid non-coverage of care provided. Once you have done that, call or email us to make your initial appointment.

Please complete all forms provided before our scheduled appointment. This can all be done through your patient portal.

The decision to prescribe medication is based on provider’s evaluation. Once this is complete, the provider will make a recommendation.
