What To Expect
During our mental health visit, you can expect to discuss your personal history, any current mental health issues you may be experiencing, and your goals for the visit. Stephanie may ask questions about your lifestyle, relationships, and other aspects of your life to get a better understanding of your overall wellbeing. She will provide you with advice, resources, prescriptions, and/or referrals to other mental health professionals when appropriate. Additionally, Stephanie may provide you with strategies to manage stress, improve your mental health, and empower you to lead a healthier lifestyle. Ultimately, Vigor Health Services strives to provide you with the tools and guidance to help you achieve the best possible mental health outcomes.
Treatment Costs & Insurance
We encourage patients to call their insurance carriers to clarify their benefits before initial consultation to avoid non-coverage of care provided. Once you have done that, call or email to make your initial appointment.
New Patient Appointments are 60 mins – Start At: $325 for self-pay without insurance.
Follow Up Appointments are 30 mins – Start At: $225 for self-pay without insurance.
Cancelation policy/No show: Fee $150 – We kindly ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice. Otherwise, a fee of $150 will be charged for missed appointments, per occurrence and the credit/debit card on file will be charged.
Patient Paperwork/Forms: Forms can be completed for established patients (3 or more visits) for a fee. Fee starts at $100-150/occurrence and depending on the time to be spent on the paperwork. Contact us for more information.
Insurance
Note: Services may be covered in full by health insurance carrier. However, in the event that portion of the service provided is not covered, payment is expected before service is provided. For self-pay we accept all major credit/debit cards as well as cash payment.
